·         Knowledge of relational databases

·         System analysis and design

·         Strong problem solving and analytical skills are essential

·         Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• The JavaScript and HTML skills are most important.  A viable candidate must be strong in both of those.
• The candidate must also be capable of developing dynamic web code in some programming language.  We'd prefer python, but other languages such as PHP or Java would be OK.  We'd also prefer if they had background with Django, but this would be a "nice to have" skill, not a hard requirement.
