JOB DESC: The BI SSIS Developer will support the development of the overall ETL layer of our enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence initiatives. This is a senior position requiring interaction with the entire BI development team including participation in design sessions, exchange of technique with other team members, coordination of development activities, documentation according to methodological standards, and capabilities to work in an intense, time constrained atmosphere.

Selected Skills:

Skill 1: SQLSER-SQL Server (Required) Level: Advanced Experience: 8 Years

Additional Skills:: At least 5 years of experience creating and implementing ETL strategies for an enterprise sized data warehouse.

At least 8 years' experience of providing ownership, management, design, development and support to ETL strategies.

Expert knowledge of SQL Server 2005, SSIS ETL technology and technically excellent in all areas of SQL Server development including stored procedures, functions and triggers as well as clustering and T-SQL.

Experience of designing strategies for ETL audit, load balance, exception handling and high data volumes.

Proven expertise in Data Warehouse and Data Marts methodologies as well as extensive knowledge of OLTP/OLAP technologies.

Knowledge of SQL Server Analysis Services cubes.

Must have been exposed to full SDLC process - Ability to design, organize, and implement module, perform system testing, plan and automate tasks to maintain existing system - Ability to research and trouble-shoot application problems

Developed SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages to transform data from various data sources to MS SQL 2005

Creating interface stored procedures used in SSIS to load/transform data to the database.

Education:

Required: Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for designing interfaces and graphic elements for SharePoint 2010. Previous experience designing sites and components in a SharePoint 2010 environment is required for this candidate to completely understand the design limitations and challenges within the SharePoint Server platform.

This talented expert is focused on delivering business value through the design and delivery of engaging user experiences within technology products. This role will primarily consist of design/development work and collaboration with other members of the product team. The SharePoint User Experience Specialist will provide guidance on design approaches and recommendations within SharePoint, create wireframes and mockups for review, and help the product team implement approved designs.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

Create compelling user experiences that simplify complex process methodologies Design engaging interfaces and graphic elements for SharePoint and Project Server products Implement solution designs using HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, and JavaScript Collaborate with SMEs, and developers to create quality products. This position requires a thorough understanding of the benefits and challenges associated with leveraging technologies such as HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Additional knowledge and experience with related technologies such as AJAX, JQuery, and XSLT are excellent. Preferred candidates will possess comprehensive knowledge of user interface design and experience with information architecture concepts, content management processes, and site navigation strategies. The ideal candidate is an excellent problem-solver with a passion for design and user experiences.

Required Skills

Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Strong working knowledge of content types, site columns, and list templates in SharePoint Strong working knowledge of master pages, themes, page layouts, and CSS/XSLT in SharePoint Thorough knowledge of social collaboration features in SharePoint: blogs, wikis, discussions, tags, note boards, etc.

Required Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of web design and development.

3+ years of SharePoint design
