Responsibilities:
- Direct and Manage Projects from inception to implementation
- Experience with java/j2ee/oracle technology stack related project implementations
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop full-scale strategic plans and associated communications documents
- Assist with planning and budgeting of the releases
- Manage multiple delivery teams across global locations in US and India
- Experience with java/j2ee/oracle related project implementations
- Effectively communicate expectations to associated stakeholders
- Identify the resources and participants needed to achieve project/program goals
- Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate resource requests if necessary during program cycle
- Identify and manage dependencies and critical path
- Plan and track schedule and milestones using appropriate tools
- Develop effective progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Define program success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the life cycle
- Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the program
- Develop best practices and tools for effective execution and management

Required Skills:
- PMP Certification
- Excellent Analytical and Presentation skills
- Exceptional oral and written Communication
- Leadership qualities, ability to carry out the tasks independently and drive the other team members

•Must have 5+ years of experience in BI platform and handled Airline customer's Data Marts / Warehouse and deeply involved in design and develop solution.

•Responsible for design and plan BI solutions & development of SQL Server based solutions.

•Responsible for Debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting in SQL Server BI based solutions

•Must have better understanding of Airline domain to coordinate with Business stakeholders to gather requirements

•Responsible for Writing relational and multidimensional database queries

•Strong knowledge in developing / modifying SSIS, SSAS and SSRS packages / reports to meet business requirements

•Must maintain and enhance the existing data mart, exports and reports

•Must diagnose and resolve data mart access and performance issues

•Responsible for design, create and tune database objects (tables, views, indexes) to support logical and dimensional models. Maintain the referential integrity of the database.

•Responsible for designing and implementing specific proof of concepts/components as and when required.

•Comprehensive knowledge of problem analysis, and design and programming techniques.

•Should have excellent communication skills and continuously work with business stake holders and come up with quick solutions

•Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other departments to accomplish assigned goals and effectively manage projects in a cross-functional environment.
