The hottest job is Oracle for Client. They had two phone interviews yesterday and the folks did not have enough technical development experience with AR/AP modules.

·Windward – Replace legacy systems with a SQL/.NET solution. The new legacy system will be feeding existing and new data to Oracle AR and AP.
Large enhancements to the Oracle code and configuration will be needed to meet existing and new requirements.
Requirement: Highly technical resources with extensive experience in AR and AP. They must understand and have worked with both the application and data base layers. Must be able to take direction and work independently, with little supervision.
These developers should have a technical focus and not functional. Design will be done with in house resources who will pass technical specifications to these developers. The developers must be able to work from the specs, producing the expected results with little input from the designer.
1. What modules have they worked on and for how long ?
2. How much Pl/Sql have they done and what have they done with it ?
3. What versions of 11i have they worked with ?
4. Do they have experience with developing reports and forms, if so what version ?..... eg 6i
5. Do you have any Oracle Certifications, if so what are they ?
6. How many reports have you developed
7. Describe a complex program that you have developed
8. Have they worked at CISCO or SUN
