ITJOB-ALERT PeopleSoft HRMS 9.0 and/or 9.1 modules

Notes For Success: 

  • ·          Please put the ROLE IDENTIFIER in the subject line - it helps a great deal!
  •  
  • ·          DO include your resource's name, their 'travels from' details and their availability nuances, along with your target rate in the submission.
  • ·          In cases where an all-inclusive RATE will be accepted it will be clearly indicated within the specific requirement.  If it is not indicated, it is presumed that your target bill rate will not include expenses, and that actual expenses will be charged in addition to the rate.
  • ·          DO NOT submit former Oracle Employees that left Oracle within the last 24 months.
  • ·          FLAG in your submission resources that are former Oracle employees (regardless of when) 
  • ·          Know CLEAN RESUME submissions are appreciated.  They are scrubbed of logos and contact information before presentation to any customer.
  • ·          ENSURE that key match points between your resource and the request (skillet/industry) can be easily found within the resume.  Information sent outside the resume cannot be guaranteed to make it to the end client
  • ·          IF you include resource contact information with your submission, know I will track it, but I will not pass that on to others without checking in with you first.
  • ·          CRA Regulation 105 governs deployment of resources from non-Canadian vendors on Canadian projects. Please consult your TAX ACCOUNTANT as this may have revenue and tax implications for your organization. (More info available at - http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pub/tp/ic75-6r2/ic75-6r2-e.html#P82_4725)
  • ·          Know vendors are responsible for obtaining WORK PERMITS for their candidates as required.  Oracle will not assist with this function.
  • ·          Please secure EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATION AGREEMENTS if you submit a resource that is not on your payroll. You may be required to present the same in the event of a double submission. Ensure the exclusivity agreement has the date and time stamped on it. 
  • ·          Please USE DISCRETION when advertising needs that your firm is working on for Oracle Consulting.  Please do not explicitly disclose in any public advertisement that this is an Oracle opportunity. Additionally, under the Services Provider Agreement that we've executed you are bound to keep the client information (including client name) confidential.
