The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking a System Analyst to perform the following:
A. Review and evaluate current IT disaster recovery plan and associated Information Systems continuity Plans (ISCP) to determine whether the documentation satisfies the guidelines of audit findings
B. Recommend changes to documentation where appropriate
C. Writing, editing, publishing, and distribution of the TWC IT Contingency/Disaster Recovery planning documents.
D. Final document contents must meet the NIST requirements in accordance with Special Publication 800-34
E. Establish documented evidence that the agency's contingency plans adhere to NIST standards of SP 800-34
F. Produce a certification report that will be provided to OIG Regional Office.
Required Skills:
· Performing NIST related Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V).
· Conducting information gathering interviews with Project Sponsors, stakeholders, and various IT teams.
· Analyzing and review technical process and procedure documentation based on the NIST standards and present findings to clients.
· Conducting IT Disaster Recovery plans audits.
