Collin County is seeking one skilled PeopleSoft Administrator/Developer who meets the qualifications identified below for a short term project to assist with the implementation, configuration and setup of new and existing PeopleSoft modules, as well as the development of modifications to and enhancements of new and existing modules. Candidate must also have an excellent working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM with an emphasis in Payroll, Time and Labor and Recruiting. Candidate must also exhibit current use of the following in a production environment: PeopleSoft ELM, PeopleSoft CRM Help Desk, PeopleSoft Portal, Integration Broker, and Workflow. Candidate must have good analytical skills combined with solid communications skills, proven abilities to communicate with business users and require little to no supervision. This is a regular full-time contract position.
Required Skills:
The successful candidate will have expertise in programming utilizing PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, SQL as well as the installation and configuration of new and existing PeopleSoft modules. The ideal candidate will have experience with PeopleSoft 8.9, PeopleTools 8.49, and possess equally strong administrative and developer skills. In addition the candidate must have expertise with the following PeopleSoft areas:
· Installation, configuration and setup
· Enterprise Learning Module (ELM)
· Enterprise Portal
· CRM with an emphasis on Help Desk
· Integration Broker
· Workflow
· Time and Labor
· Payroll
· Recruitment
· Position Management and
· Performance Management
The contract position requires a minimum 7 years of general software development experience with at least 5 years' experience with PeopleTools & PeopleCode. Experience with PeopleSoft 8.9 is highly desired. Knowledge of and experience with applying software testing processes and procedures, source code management and software release procedures is required. A minimum of 3 years is required in the following PeopleSoft areas: Installation and configuration, ELM, CRM Help Desk, Integration Broker, Workflow, Time and Labor, Payroll, Recruitment, Performance Management and Position Management
