Experience Required: 5+ years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mandatory Skills:

1) Quality Assurance/Performance Testing experience:–

3+ years of QA experience. 2+ years of independent Test Management experience (Fully managing Test activities through the development lifecycle from planning to test execution)
2)Hands on experience designing and executing tests through HP Performance Center/Load Runner, testing both applications and network (2+ years)
3)Strong understanding of development lifecycle and Performance best practices and testing techniques
4)Communication - Strong communication skills a must.
5)Action oriented, high level of initiative.
6)Performance analysis - demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross discipline team in narrowing down and identifying root cause of Performance issues.

Desirable Skills:

1.Must be self-managed and self-motivated, hands on team player
2.Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills.
3.Able to participate in a 24x7 on call rotation and work evenings or weekends when projects warrant.
