Title: Hyperion Financial Reporting Consultant

Location: Blytheville, AR

Length: 6 months + renewal 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

•             Assess system requirements and design and implement solutions in support of the financial data analysis, financial reporting requirements 

•             Build custom reports as needed.

•             Manage metadata and mapping changes.

•             Work closely with various levels within the company's finance, accounting and information technology departments as well as external auditors.

•             Ensure proper change management, problem management, security management activities in support of the HFM/FDM environment.

•             Conduct end-user training and support testing activities.

•             Maintain SOX compliance.

Job Requirements :

•             7+ years of experience in Hyperion suite of financial systems, including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Financial Data Quality Manager (FDM) and Hyperion Financial Reporting.

•             Solid experience developing required operational materials and documentation for operating Oracle HFM and FDM.

•             Solid understanding of FDM set up including mapping and processing of input files.

•             A basic understanding of GAAP and/or Financial Statement presentations.

•             Skilled in interpreting customer requirements and proactively turning them into solutions.

•             Solid experience working with relational databases.

•             Professional interaction with clients and vendors.

•             Build positive working relationships with employees at all levels within the organization.

•             Exercise sound judgment when making decisions.

•             Able to meet deadlines as necessary.

•             Effectively work with minimal supervision.

•             Strong Organization and Attention to Detail skills.

•             Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.

•             Good problem solver/creative thinker.
