Role : JAVA Developer
Location: Stamford, CT
Duration: 12 months
Experience: 11+ years
These resources will be application specialists and Dev. leads. They will:
§ Ensure accuracy of estimates and projections, and also perform feasibility analysis.
§ Facilitate project execution (BOW + other changes) by the offshore team, and ensure progress of work.
§ Plan and allocate work for maximum capacity utilization.
§ Ensure predictability of delivery – quality and timeliness; be responsible for adherence to the release calendar.
§ Interact with users in the context of the above functions.
Their immediate HCL ecosystem will be the Rates Derivatives Lead Managers, the onsite Business Analysts, and the offshore Technical Coordinator.
Candidate Profile:
The candidates should primarily have significant experience in delivering technology solutions in the domain of Interest Rate Derivatives, or in similar trading areas like FIX , credit default swaps, fixed income trading etc.
§ 7+ years of experience, a large and recent part of that in the mentioned domain.
§ Seasoned Dev. professionals
§ Core technology skills in line with the programming languages (JAVA) and databases (Sybase / Oracle) used in the applications.
