1) Needs to know operational/transactional modeling.
2) Needs to have good knowledge of dimensional modeling
3) Needs to be able to focus heavily on data dictionary and mapping document work.
4) Must be very good at profiling sources and mapping them into the target model.
5) Will have some involvement in the entity and relationship level work, but that is not as much of a focus as the DD and mapping work
6) XML, ACCORD standard knowledge
7) leadership skills who can communicate and articulate well with various business and IT stakeholders
Insurance domain experience Preferred
