JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duration           : 6 months

Location           : Norfolk, VA

Rate                 : DOE

 

Summary:

Independently designs, develops, modifies, debugs and tests programs.  Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues.   Functions as an active team member to implement and support various development, design and analysis initiatives employing Amerigroup SDLC and Quality Assurance process and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Prefer at least one consultant  have Informatica experience.
2. Prefer at least one consultant  some OOO experience (can be same person as above).
3. Prefer consultants have healthcare programming experience.
4. 5-10 years experience with strong SQL, and .NET programming including strong experience coding complex queries, stored procedures and updates of tables.
5. 1-3 years experience with SSRS / SSIS.
6. Healthcare programming experience a plus.
7. Work independently and efficiently from technical specifications with little direction from senior technical lead.
8. Develops program code for new applications and/or modifies logic in existing applications with minimal errors.
9. Independently codes, tests, debugs, and documents work in accordance with technical lead's instructions.
