This Role is a 3rd Shift Role – 10:00 pm to 6:30 am

 

Infrastructure Support /HelpDesk Lead

Location: Lincolnshire, IL
Length:  4 -12 months

Interview: in-person

Rate: $35/hr Corp-Corp

 

 

Will not manage people directly – but will be the lead of group to take corrective action, set-up calls, page colleagues when appropriate.  Be able to assess technical situation, relieve the stress/pressure from the situation and act accordingly.

 

Skill Required:

 

·         Must have 3-5 years of supporting infrastructure issues

·         Collecting Details of problems/issues with providers

·         Must understand protocols of escalations

·         Gather, Collect and Assess information between Sensitive and Non-Sensitive information

·         Work with internal users and services provider of client

·         Assess, Monitor and diagnose Connectivity request

·         Coordinate conference calls

·         Assess degree of importance to issue

·         Excellent Comm. skills
