!!! Immediate Need  - Data Analyst -   Dallas, TX !!!

Position: Data Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration:  12+ months

Location (in order of preference)- 1.) Dallas, 2.) SF, 3.) Houston, 4.) GV, 5.) Telecommute. One of these locations is a nice to have and not required. Frequent travel to these locations will be necessary.
Advanced / Expert skills in MS Excel, including VBA functions, and MS Access
Experienced in consolidating data from disparate sources for reporting and dash boarding
Intermediate skills in other MS Office products
Demonstrated ability to leverage and utilize MS Excel Add-on's for making charts, graphs, and Gantt charts
Must be process oriented (Leverage existing processes, ability to document new processes as they come up related to work activities and assignments)
Demonstrated ability to work with Senior Leadership
Experience in working with data to support the management of a Program Mgmt Office (Project / Program data, Resource Mgmt data, Financial data)
Ability to come into a new organization and set up tools and processes to gather and collect PMO Mgmt data from a variety of sources (Project Plans, Spreadsheets, Corporate Extracts, Financial Models in Excel, etc.)
Ability to design and develop (in Access or another comparable desktop tool) a central repository to capture this data for analytics & reporting.
Ability to document Requirements to support reporting and metrics
Ability to document process and teach other's to document process to support new tools and methods
Ability to train others to maintain and run reports / analytics using new tools

Remarks: looking for a data analyst to work in the Behavorial Solutions PMO to help efficiently manage the program (monitor and control) and report to Executive Leadership. The data analyst skill are key, but they really need the ability to work within the PMO.
