PeopleSoft Functional Analyst assignment - no code development work involved. Candidate will be part of a team that will support and make required changes to the PeopleSoft HR Payroll system to integrate with Oracle eBS.

THIS IS A PURE FUNCTIONAL ANALYST..
Required Skills/Experience (Skills that the successful candidate(s) must have)
HR/Payroll - Information Resources seeks to hire a highly motivated and dedicated professional (contractor) to join its project team.
The candidate must demonstrate an understanding of the importance of personal accountability and commitment to excellence.
The candidate must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and assertiveness.
Must be able to render good business decisions, is well-organized, able to work with minimal supervision, detail oriented, able to address multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is required.
Extensive knowledge and experience in PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor, Time Administration, Time Reporting and Payroll Business Processes required.
The candidate must have at least 5 years of PeopleSoft T&L and Payroll implementation and/or functional support experience.
Experience assessing business requirements, developing queries, analyzing data, writing functional specifications, troubleshooting system defects, conducting testing and maintaining system configurations.
Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; good communications, presentation and project management skills.
Additional Skills (Skills that are a plus, but not required)
Knowledge of Financials (AP, GL and Project Accounting) is a plus.
