Location: Florida

Duration: 6 Months

 Job description:

 • IT experience in the areas of application development of complex business applications or development to support an enterprise ERP package. • Consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of related education and required work experience. • At least 5 years SAP ABAP development experience. • Should have worked with Logical Database, o ABAP-HR reporting o HR forms o Infotype creation and Enhancement. • Should knowledge on: Personnel Administration module , Time Management module, Payroll module, Recruitment module, • Should have knowledge on Schemas, Feature, Functions, Configuration (Understanding the business scenarios), PCR rules, Statutory (Country specific). • Must have working experience in IDOCs, BAPI's, BADI's • Must have working experience in OO ABAP, smartforms, SAP Scripts. • Good to have experience in Adobe forms, webdynpros. • Ability to interpret and document end-user process support and information needs and to implement appropriate solutions to address those needs. • Ability to execute all phases of the systems development life cycle. • Demonstrated ability to explain technology issues and work progress to both technical and non-technical team. • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Ability to be on-call and provide afterhours support when needed. • Should have very good inter-personal skills, requirement gathering, Design, development, Estimation methodology, System study, Documentation, SAP methodologies, Integration testing, Team leadership skill, Status reporting, etc Should have customer focus attitude towards work and team bonding skill-sets
