Role: Oracle Functional Consultant
3+ month contract (could go as long as a year if consultant has 12g experience)
located in Plano, TX
LOCAL to Dallas or state of Texas.
Face to face interview REQUIRED.
Interview and start ASAP!

Skills:
80% functional
20% technical
Ability to guide business and make recommendations
Expanding functionality of HR
Must have very strong communication skills (Above average)

Preferred:

***Some experience with Oracle 12 is a big plus for extended contract,
Oracle 11i, 12g Implementation experience

Other Experience:
Core HR - ability to maximize module
MSS - Define solutions to leverage current configurations and provide
additional configuration and documentation
ESS - Review requirements and configure per Best Practice,
concentrating on training, certifications & self-assessment
Workflow including hierarchy, roles and responsibilities and approval process
Best Practices
Extensive Understand of Learning Management and competencies
associated with process, including 3rd party vendor experience

Functional/Technical Duties:
·         Configuration & knowledge transfer
·         Fast Formulas
·         SQL
·         Key/Descriptive FF
·         HR reporting and compliance configuration
·         Review & document multiple 3rd party requirements
·         Recommend Oracle fields to maximize 3rd party systems
·         Document Import/Export requirements
·         Provide Best Practice solution
·         GAP analysis and Best Practice solutions
·         Identify HR reporting compliance requirements and provide
Best Practice Solutions
·         HR to GL working knowledge
