Required skills/experience
- Experience with Java/J2EE
- Experience XML/XSLT
- Experience with databases (Oracle)
- Spring, Hibernate, WEB Services
- solid understating in Object Oriented Programming and core J2EE design patterns.
- experience in multi-threaded application-
- proven track record of delivering solid, robust application.

Preferred skills
- experience with Terracotta
- experience with XSL-FO/Adobe Flex
- experience with Agile scrum methodologies
