The PeopleSoft HRMS system manages all client Employees. The purpose of this initiative is to upgrade PeopleSoft version 9.0, PeopleTools 8.49 to PeopleSoft 9.1, PeopleTools 8.51.

The developer on this project will be responsible for the design, build, and testing of a number of initiatives that include: enhancements to HCM and ELM modules.

The developer must have development experience in PeopleSoft HRMS (preferably 9.0): online, app engine, Peoplecode, SQR, SQL.

Location: Open.

Telecommuting accepted.

1 Position with a 6 month duration to start.

PAY RATE OPEN

Contract only at this time. H1 accepted.

 

FUNCTIONAL POSITION ONLY THAT MUST HAVE PEOPLESOFT HRMS 9.0/9.1 GLOBAL

POSITION IS OPEN TO CANDIDATES OUTSIDE MN - TELECOMMUTING ACCEPTED

 

Summary of essential job duties/responsibilities:

 

• Perform functional consulting with International HR and Payroll

• Assist in the design and implementation of new or changes to existing HRIS Platform in order to support our International business

• Ability to Act as subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HRMS Global Platform

• Partner with HRIT in the design of systems and integration with other platforms.

• Diagnose complex HRMS and GLOBAL payroll design issues and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness within PeopleSoft

• Facilitate development and maintenance of International HRIS project plans and schedules related to ongoing projects and internal enhancement projects.

• Support acquisition initiatives related to International payroll and employee integration

• Research and identify root causes for problems and own the resolution.

• Assist in the performance of configuration analysis and identify areas for enhancement/automation

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees.

Functional specification writing

Testing scenarios and execution

• Other projects as assigned

 

Minimum requirements

• Min 3-5 yrs working functional, design and implementation experience in PeopleSoft HRMS Global version 8.9, 9.0, 9.1 specifically, Global Payroll, Absence Management,

• Knowledge of International Payroll (required)

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects with hard deadlines simultaneously

• Strong Project Documentation discipline

• Strong analytical, problem solving and HRIS/payroll related technical skills

• Knowledge of process re-engineering and change management preferred

• Strong knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources and payroll functions
