Job Description:
? Should have strong experience in writing oracle SQL queries, writing PL/SQL code or stored procedures in oracle
? Should have experience of working in TOAD
? Hands on experience in Query tuning and optimization
? Expert in designing, developing, and implementing Crystal reports
? Should have experience with BO XI R2 and 3 / Crystal report XI
? Should have experience of working in on-off model
? Responsible to manage his own work queue as well offshore team work queue
? Responsible to understand the requirements from customer and cascade the knowledge and clarification to offshore team
? Responsible to prioritize, allocate work to offshore and status monitoring
