Very Strong Database Skills using Sybase
Strong Perl / UNIX Knowledge
Strong Java J2EE and Flex
Proven track record of the technical design and development of large and complex projects
Excellent Client relationship skills
Strong Credit Risk business and process knowledge
Strong knowledge of the latest technologies and experience working in large multi-tier technology platforms
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly to people at all levels
Good working knowledge of MS Project , MS Excel (or equivalent) to help track the status of projects
Ability to grasp the detailed issues surrounding complex business problems to ensure the successful implementation of projects
