• C / ASP.NET Web Development

• Microsoft SQL Server (Database Development - relational database design concepts and best practices).

• SQL Reporting Services, Analysis Services and Business Intelligence

• HTML/CSS/JavaScript/AJAX

• Understanding of how to design solid data architecture and how to map the user's business needs to the design.

• Ability and desire to learn and adopt new technology quickly

• Understanding of Object Oriented Analysis & Design, Multi Layer Architecture and Patterns

• Experience with Source Control tools like Subversion, CVS or Team Foundation Server

• Solid understanding of and experience using web services

• Experience using XML and XSLT transformations

• Experience implementing and maintaining ecommerce applications
