Position: Sr. Systems Storage Consultant

Duration: 6 Months+

Location: Philadelphia, PA

 

Job Description:

 

Provides technical and end user support for NT, Windows 2000/2003/2008, Windows Vista/XP/7 based laptops/workstations, peripherals, and Microsoft based products.

Minimum of 10 years experience.

Responsible for maintaining servers, computers, network devices, peripherals, and their associated cabling and interface systems.
Ability to travel with the Philadelphia region.

 

Technical Skills:

 

*MCSA minimum; Windows MCSE certification (2000 and higher) preferred
*Network design, installation, and support.
*Exchange Server (2003 and higher)
*Symantec/Veritas Cluster service experience (must have Veritas certification)
*Microsoft Cluster experience
*Exposure to HA solutions
*Veritas Backup Exec
*Veritas Netbackup
*Juniper Netscreen Firewall Products
*Juniper and Riverbed WAN Acceleration
*Citrix Metaframe XP experience
*HP Proliant Server experience
*Virtualization (VMware ESX, MS) experience
*EMC Storage Design, Architecture, and Implementation experience (CLARiiON, Celerra, VNX, Avamar a plus) and certifications.
*SAN Migrations (VMware, Manual, PowerPath Migration Enabler)
*F5 and Citrix load balancer
*Juniper and Cisco firewalls, switches, routers, and VPN experience
*DR Solutions with Celerra Replicator, RecoverPoint, and Vmware SRM
