Job Description:
5+ years in an information technology Business Analyst consulting role, delivering projects to multiple clients.
3+ years implementing, configuring and administering Salesforce.com
Good understanding of cloud computing and exposure to technologies supports applications, including XML, Web Services, HTML and JavaScript.
Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing and integrating technology tools into a client solution.
Salesforce.com certified(At least one ADM series or DEV series or CONS201) professionals is a must.
Knowledge of and experience with enterprise systems, including CRM, SFA and ERP and understanding of enterprise integration
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks.
Knowledge of databases, understanding of complex SQL's (Oracle preferred)
Structured programming language experience, APEX and/or Java coding a plus
