•             9+ yrs of experience in designing and implementing Business Objects XI R2 universe and reports

•             3+ years in BO XI R2 security management and other components

•             Good communication and articulation skills

•             3+ years of experience in designing and implementing BO Universe

•             Atleast 1-2 projects in universe and Datamart consolidation

•             Ability to create functional specifications

•             Perform unit, system and integration testing

•             Ability to support production deployment
