Able to install IIS config and create application instance
Able to walk through the application based on the logical flow
Covering end to end application and able to complete the flow
Ability to write/design Test cases
Define test plan architecture as per the software requirement
Test plan coverage - against requirements
Test case review
Incorporate review feedbacks (internal / external)
Prepare Test Plan
Arrive at test case wise plan to execute
Exposure to Microsoft project plan to arrive at project test plan
Exposure to project gran-chart with resource dependency
Knowledge of resource loading in test plan
Preparing and maintaining RTT (Req. traceability table) during the test plan execution
Updating project plan with percentage of completion and share with all stakeholders

Ability to handle offshore and lead a team

Liaison between onsite Dev and offshore testing teams.
Collating defects logged and reporting
Interaction with Dev Managers and defect reporting
Planning regular meeting with dev and testing team
Experience in testing client server and/or web-based application software
Exposure to 2 / 3 tier system testing
Exposure to designing & testing online system
Design & execution of test scenarios for online system
A positive, quality-oriented, reliable, organized, and flexible individual with an ability to work in client-focused, Agile environment.
Exposure to Agile based development environment
Ability to squeeze / rework test plan based on priority changes
Update test plan and circulate
Rework on the test plan based on requirement change and communicate among team
Knowledge of software testing tools, including defect tracking software
Exposure to automation tools
Exposure to STLC mythologies
Exposure of Quality Center based tools
A thorough understanding of the test phase of Software Development Life Cycle, knowledge of all phases of SDLC
Exposure to Software Require analysis phase
Exposure to Software Design phase
Exposure to Software Development phase
Exposure to Software Testing phase
Strong planning and organizational skills
Preparing project plan and communication
Update project plan regularly
Exposure to creating and maintaining organization standard documentations
