Required Skills and Experience
Excellent client management skills
Project management experience
Team leadership/supervisory experience (line and project leadership)
Business Process Management (BPM), Business Process Automation (BPA), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
Work-flow analysis and design (ideally, line experience in an operating environment)
Case management, CRM
User Interface design
Willingness to get hands-dirty (we are not looking for project administrators)
Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Governmental workflow operations
Comfortable working in a flexible structure
Outstanding written and presentation skills
Ability and willingness to travel
Fluency in MS Office applications, MS Visio (or other flow-charting tool) and MS Project
Preferred Skills and Experience
Desired Technical skills: MS Visual Source Safe, HTML, SQL, XML, MS Access, Oracle, SQL, FTP, Imaging
Experience with Documentum, FileNet, Metasystem, or Pegasystems products and solutions a plus
