Informatica developer with Oracle

Job Description:

We are looking for a software developer with strong informatica experience with Oracle database development skills with ability to work on multiple concurrent projects. Client Billing application provides a wide ranging activities for the finance users from gathering and entering contract information to processing invoices and reporting the details to corporate finance. The application has informatica and oracle on the server. The database is oracle with development of stored procedures as needed for the interaction with the application.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

• Development with Informatica and oracle
• Design and development of modules using best practices.
• Unit testing with test cases for the developed code.
• Peer testing, code review and Impact analysis of the modules developed by the other team members.
• Collaborate with peers and superiors on process improvement ideas, policy and procedure enhancements, and opportunities to improve our customer's service experience
• Recommends changes to existing systems design to achieve requirements
• Documents development describing solutions to achieve requirements
• Have excellent communication skills. 
• Oracle database development (table design/procedures/functions etc)
• Support of applications as and when required.

 

Experience, Qualification and Skills:

 

·         3-7 year related experience

·         Knowledge of standard software development life cycle methodologies preferred

·         Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.

·         Should have good understanding of RDBMS principles and hands on experience with any of the databases Oracle, Sybase and Sql server in development of procs/packages/triggers and table design.

·         Should have the ability to test and debug advanced code

·         Should be able to independently code advanced programs

·         Provide subject matter expertise to business

·         Must be adaptable in a changing environment and be effective in many different business settings.

·         Strong time management and planning skills required.

·         Excellent writing, editing, communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.

·         Proven ability to set goals, develop measures and achieve results.

·         Creative, energetic, assertive hands-on professional who enjoys the challenge of change.

·         High level of commitment, initiative, vision and enthusiasm
