Position: Data Modeler

Location:  Hartford, CT

Duration:  12 months

 

Job Description:

• Maintain personal insurance LOB data models for existing projects and for new projects
• Maintain database versions in various environments with help of DBA
• Participate in modeling reviews, data strategy, access modeling reviews
• Participate in monthly version control management meetings and make sure that projects production release dates
• Conduct monthly version implementation meetings with various stakeholders/ project teams Critical Skills Required:
• Have a good experience in any RDBMS ( Preferred Database is Teradata)
• Must have excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Experience in version maintenance of data models and Databases.
• Must have working knowledge of data modeling tools (Preferred tool is ERWIN)
• Must be team oriented and have excellent collaboration skills
