Must have:

8 years Java 1.6 development experience
8 years HTMS/CSS/Shell Scripting experience
2 to 4 years Flex experience
8 years Linux / Unix experience
5 years Oracle experience (flexible)
Excellent communication skills

D2D:
Approved business case 2011 N.103, Contractor will be part of a team responsible for either adding new data feeds with base functionality or developing product enhancements for VisProactive. The application is used by wireless operators and performs roaming data analysis driven by a real-time intelligence engine and provides dashboarding and alerts to the wireless operator. Business case justification supports accelerated development
