Delivery Manager/Program/Project Manager

Work Location:- Regina, SK , Canada

Position Type:- Open for both Full Time & Contract

Tower Lead can be a Delivery Manager, Program / Project Manager

 

They are trench level general /colonels and SPOC for the client area Delivery Manager counterparts.
Totally accountable for all delivery matters for their area:

o Quality, timeliness and on-budget of all deliverables
o Triage through Incidents to meet quality / SLA's
o Responsible for all client requests and that they get dealt with properly
o Timely and accuracy in reporting (Weekly, Monthly, Etc…)
o Resource Planning (availability of staff with the right quality and levels)
o Assessment of staff relative to their role and responsibilities
o Staff is challenged but also satisfied with work assignments and responsibilities
o Communications to client and internally within the account and HP at large, as appropriate
o Financials that meet our overall account P&L for their specific area
o Drive growth through CR and SOW creation, as well as identifying and contributing to growth for overall account
o Bring innovation and thought leadership in area and contribute to overall aspect of this for account
o Services are delivered as per the spirit of the contract
o RCA analysis and reporting for the SLA breached incidents.
o Trend analysis for the incidents.
o Proactive reporting to HP management on SLA breaches and reasoning.
