Individuals will be working on priority and projects and recurring MOB Lead a team of testers, interface with vendors (sending files back and forth), strong personality but flexible and work within team
Write test plans but will not be writing test cases or testing
Iterative approach, planning meetings with core team, daily test meetings, reports test status, interfaces with PM and dev lead Review specs, requirements, help identify scope and test efficiencies, ability to prepare a good schedule Risk management, prioritize, estimate resource needs, work in a fast paced environment
MUST HAVE very good communication skills. (this is key, they will be hiring on just a phone interview)
MUST HAVE QA Lead experience
