Short Description:

Will be responsible for second & third tier support of networking, telecom and video conferencing services. Sets up, configures, and supports internal LAN/WAN.

 

Complete Description:

Will be responsible for second & third tier support of networking, telecom and video conferencing services. Sets up, configures, and supports internal LAN/WAN. Maintains systems, applications, security, and network configurations standards. Troubleshoots network performance issues. Will be expected to lead technical projects and/or act as SME support. Will need to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

 

Required / Desired

Amount of Experience

Cisco Routing/Switching -8  Years

Wireless 802.11g hands on enterprise experience -4  Years

Video conferencing systems (Tandberg is a plus) Highly desired -4  Years

Working knowledge of remedy ticketing system - 4  Years

Familiar w/ ITTL principles, Highly desired - 2  Years

NetQoS -2  Years

Working knowledge of RSA,

Nice to have - 2  Years

Data Centers support (Lgx frame, fiber, and copper backbone), Highly desired    - 6  Years

MPLS experience, Highly desired - 4  Years

Wireless 802.11n experience is a plus, Highly desired - 4  Years
