Position 1:
1) Technical Lead (Agile Development)
Position ID : # 16848
This is a hands-on Technical lead role in an Agile product development environment. The incumbent will be required to OWN a small project end-end containing one of more features. The incumbent will own the architecture, design and implement the features individually or with a small team of 2-4 members. The person must be able to understand requirements, run proof-of-concepts, negotiate with product managers and make technical commitments.
• Excellent academic background from premium engineering college with an Engineering degree (CS preferred)
• 7 to 10 years hands on hands-on development experience. At least 5 years in Java.
• 2-3 years' experience in C/C++ is an added advantage
• Hands-on experience on Linux/UNIX is a must
• Proven experience in OOAD, core Java and J2EE technologies including JDBC
• Understanding of enterprise network application deployments (webServers, proxies, DMZ, firewalls, load-balancers, routing tables, directory servers, Single-Signon systems, clustering)
• Experience in development of applications for cloud is an added advantage
• Understanding of hosting applications on Amazon EC2 like infrastructures is a plus
• Proven technical leadership in requirements analysis and feature implementations
• In-depth experience with profiling tools and highly scalable/reliable engineering practices.
• Proven experience in being sprint owner in Agile product development is highly desirable.
• Expertise in enterprise database design (MySQL, SQLServer, Hadoop…)
• Experience web 2.0 technologies is a plus
• Experience mobile technologies is a plus
Position 2:
2) Designers/Analyst Developers
Position ID : # 16847
This is a hands-on designer/developer role in an Agile product development environment. The incumbent will be required to OWN end-end design and development of features. The incumbent will own design, implementation and unit/performance testing of the features individually or in a small team of 2-3 members.
• Excellent academic background from premium engineering college with an Engineering degree (CS preferred)
• 4 to 7 years hands on hands-on development experience. At least 4-5 years in Java.
• 1-2 years experience in C/C++ is an added advantage
• Hands-on experience on Linux/UNIX/Windows.
• Proven experience in OOAD, core Java, and J2EE technologies
• Proven experience in profiling, multi-threading, IPC and handling memory leaks. Must have excellent troubleshooting skills
• Experience web 2.0 technologies is a plus
• Experience mobile technologies is a plus
• Experience in handling customer issues is a strong plus
• Experience in Agile product development is highly desirable.
• Expertise in database design and queries and query optimization (MySQL, SQLServer)
Position 3:
3) Senior Developer
Position ID : # 16855
• Must Haves:
• Excellent academic background from premium engineering college with an Engineering degree (B.E, B.Tech)
• 4-6 years total experience
• 3 to 5 years hands-on development experience. At least 4-5 years in Java.
• 2-3 years' experience in Web 2.0 application development using Java and J2EE technologies
• At least 2 years hands on experience with JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, JQuery; Only JSP/Servlets with Struts and HTML is NOT sufficient.
• Proven experience in profiling and handling memory leaks. Must have excellent troubleshooting skills
• At least on project dealing with large volume of Web traffic (more than 1 transaction per second) or large volumes of data is a must.
• Experience in SQL queries (MySQL, SQLServer) is a must; Any experience with query optimization and handling large volume data is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience on Linux/UNIX/Windows.
Desirables:
Experience mobile technologies is a plus
Good OOAD and core Java skills with multi-threading is highly desirable.
Knowledge of CSS and cross-browser compatibility issues is highly desirable.
Experience in Agile product development is highly desirable.
Experience with test driven development is an added plus.
Hands on experience on HTML5 and building Web applications is highly desirable
Experience in customizing Web interfaces for smartphones is an added plus
