Informatica Data Analyst

Location: Herndon VA

MANAGERS NOTES

Gathering req's from stakeholders and translate into tech specs. Needs Strong SQL: writing queries and performing quality checks on the database.

Needs Powercenter- using for workflows and automated jobs

Supports the Multi-family group. They will be working on the data quality piece, pulling data from multiple sources, setting up quality checks.

Heavy focus on integration logic. There is no extensive mapping or modeling.

 
What applications/systems will the contractor be working on? Oracle DBMS, SQL (very strong), Data Profiling, Data Conversion, Test Data Setup

Day to day activities? Conduct data analysis, primarily using SQL, TOAD. Extract large sets of data, manipulate it and persist for test preparation. Analyze data anomalies and patterns and cleanse data, if needed using the data quality tool.

Must have's: SQL, ORACLE, Data Extract, Transform and Load using SQL or other tools, Sybase, Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica IDQ 9

Large Company with very large data sets. Mortgage or Finance preferred, but not critical
