BELOW IS THE FULL TIME POSITION WITH ONE OF OUR CUSTOMER
SOA/BPEL/Java Developer
Work Location: Plano, TX
Position Type : Full Time
Rate : Market
SOA/BPEL/Java Developer
Design, develop, and test back-end components supporting high volume HealthCare EDI services. This includes data transformation processes, database interactions, messaging, and acknowledgements. Integrate COTS applications with new and existing systems. Components will be designed, developed and deployed using the Service Oriented Architecture techniques and an Enterprise Service Bus. Provides Level 3 support and on-call rotation after hours, weekends and holidays.
• SOA, ESB and integration experience, preferably with Oracle SOA Suite
• Experience with XML/XSLT, Java Server Faces, SQL, HP-UX, BPEL, Service orchestration, ESB
• 5+ years' experience with Java, primarily within server-side development on Unix/Linux
• 5+ years' experience with threading and concurrent programming.
• Expertise in developing, debugging, and performance tuning high volume data exchange components.
• 3+ years' experience with JMS
• Expertise with J2EE persistence strategies (JDBC required, DAO, transaction demarcation are nice to have).
• Experience interfacing with large databases, preferably Oracle
• Experience with Web Services, Messaging Systems (MQ Series preferred),
• Experience with Perl, Shell Scripting
• Experience with XML/XSLT, Java Server Faces, SQL, HP-UX, BPEL, Service orchestration, ESB
• Expertise with large, complex, distributed systems.
• Participates as a member of and leads development teams.
• Designs units for others.
• Experience developing batch and real-time data exchange components.
• Expertise in developing, debugging and performance tuning high volume data exchange components
• Has worked in a leveraged multi-client environment
• Participates as a member of and leads technical team for quick resolution to issues and innovative approaches to resolve problems
• Designs, prepares and executes unit and systems integration tests.
• Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to provide solutions across one or more technology areas
• Independently implements end-user or enterprise solutions of significant complexity.
• Provide time / resource estimates for assigned projects.
• May develop innovative solutions to complex business and technology problems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, research, resolve issues, and recommend solutions.
• Ability to learn/adapt to a new team/environment and produce results quickly
• Strong communications (written and oral)
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to multi-task and remain flexible to prioritization changes.
• Healthcare experience preferred
• EDI experience preferred
