C#, ASP.net Developer Role Description:

Our financial services client is growing and looking to add a mid level developer to join their team.  This is a unique opportunity for a developer who does not want a heads down coding role.  The developer will be asked for input, will participate in multiple strategy meetings with other team members, and with the business units.  The atmosphere is casual, very open, and has a start up type feel to the office.  They are looking for someone who wants to work hard, contribute, and be a part of the direction of the company as they are growing extremely fast.

Responsibilities:

This is a mid level role on a fast paced and exciting development team.  The right person will be developing specific web and mobile applications in ASP.net, C# and Sql Server.   Typical projects may include web sites, web services and backend development. This role is part of the software development group.  Projects may be assigned to an individual or a small team, depending on the complexity.  

 

Experience/Skills Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or Engineering, preferred) or equivalent technical certification with at least 3 years development experience

Demonstrated proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server is a must.

·        Familiarity with  MS SQL Server including stored procedures, relational modeling and table design.

·        Experience with web services, highly desirable

·        Must be comfortable working with XML and HTML. 

.        Must be familiar with CSS and Java Script
