Summary: Hyperion Financial Management/ HFM Planning/Essbase Infrastructure Technical Support lead will be responsible to support Cummins Global EPM infrastructure and applications.
Education/Experience
Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
Technical knowledge across the broad Oracle EPM /Essbase infrastructure technology spectrum
5-7 years experience required
Responsibility level
Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor
Required Skills
• Strong Oracle Hyperion Financial management/Planning/Essbase infrastructure skills such as Financial Management web application (HFM), HFM Client, Shared Services, Workspace Web application, Calculation manager web application, DRM, ERPI, ODI
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Analytical experience, cause-effect relationships, root cause analysis capability (Required)
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing (Required)
• Experience in production support onshore, offshore support model (Required)
• Experience in change control boards or change control processes and asset management
• Experience with large Oracle data warehouse databases and Business Intelligence tools Oracle HFM, EPM Suite (Required)
• ITIL tools Remedy incident, problem, and change management including experience with production support (Required)
• Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) reporting tool (Highly Desirable)
• Able to manage effectively through change and uncertainty (highly desirable)

• Essbase
• OBIEE 10g/11g.
Databases
• Oracle 11g R2 (11.2.0.1), Oracle 10g.
DBA/Monitoring Tools
• Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM Grid Control) 11g/10g R5,
• Backup& Recovery, RMAN and Veritas Net backup.
Operating Systems
• Windows 2003/2008, SUN-SOLARIS 2.X.
Languages & Development Tools
• C, Perl 5.0, UNIX Shell Programming, Remedy 7, Lotus Notes 8.5.
Expected Travel: typically less than 2%, as required to meet customer and IT needs
