Embedded Software Engineer
Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Duration: 4-6 month
Will need to take a couple tests on C
DESCRIPTION:
This position will focus on Firmware and Embedded Software Unit and Integration Testing for a medical device product. The successful engineer will have the ability to review and unit test embedded code written in C and C++. Work may also involve the development of test harnesses for embedded code, and writing formal test documentation.
REQUIRED:
- Experience with Embedded Software Development and/or Testing
- Solid experience with embedded C, including ability to perform Unit Testing and Debugging tasks on embedded code.
- Bachelor of Science in EE, EET, CE, or CS (or equivalent experience)
DESIRED:
- C++
- Bluetooth
- Medical Device industry experience
- TMS 430
- Strong background performing formal code reviews and unit testing
- Understanding of unit testing techniques and coverage analysis.
- Ability to generate Integration test procedures based on requirements and design.
