Position: SalesForce Business Analyst

Location: CA

Duration: 6 months

Must be GC, EAD, Citizens

 

Role

·        Typical administrative activities include, but not limited to, Management of users, roles, profiles; Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflow rules, validation rules,  Manage/create reports and dashboards

.      Work with various business operations group (Sales Ops, Channel Ops & Customer Advocacy) to prioritize and resolve issues.

·        Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues

·        Recommend overall best practices and Salesforce usability changes

·        Define technical solutions in Salesforce to support business processes

·        Maintain high-level familiarity with other system/business application capabilities in order to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points with Salesforce.

 

Job Requirements/Skills:

·        3+ years experience in administering Salesforce.com enterprise level application.

·        Good understanding of Salesforce reporting solutions to turn business requirements into meaningful and insightful reports and dashboards.

·        Good understanding of Apex and Visualforce

·        Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

·        Strong understanding of relational databases

·        Prior experience with Java or .Net preferred

·        BS Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or Software Engineering preferred

·        Salesforce.com Administrator/Developer Certification highly preferred
