Position : Sr Business Analyst with CRM

Location: Los Angeles, California

Duration : 6 Months

Duration: 50/hr CTC

 

Responsibilities

•             Support existing CRM custom developed application.

•             Analyze business/functional requirements and work with project team to define functionality and solutions.

•             Create wireframes to communicate requirements and visual solutions

•             Test, track and report issues throughout the application development lifecycle.

•             Work closely with both on-site and offshore developers to resolve problems.

•             Perform analysis of reported production problems, determine impact and priority; and recommend corrective actions.

•             Become the SME( Subject Matter Expert) on the CRM application and acts as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the business community to ask questions, and submit enhancements request or bugs.

•             Contribute/Create user guides, reference manuals/ training materials as appropriate.

•             Ability to work across the globe, with the offshore development team and end user community.

•             Position might have some international travel to client offices.

Qualifications

•             Bachelor's in MIS or Information Technology is required, or alternatively a degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, with an emphasis in Information Technology or Computer Science.

•             CRM(custom built or commercial off the shelf) experience strongly preferred.

•             Financial/ Real Estate industry experience strongly preferred.

•             Experience writing application documentation and training manuals.

•             Experience creating business requirements and design documentation.

•             Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

•             Strong analytic skills and ability to learn new concepts quickly and independently.

•             Understanding of relational database concepts and SQL scripting/queries.

•             Some previous software application project leadership experience required.

•             Process modeling and documentation experience.

•             Prior samples of documentation like functional specifications and test cases might be required for review if called for an interview( candidate should remove
