Duration: 12 months plus

Experience Required  

Role Qualifications (Must be proficient in AT LEAST 4 of the skillsets below)

·         2-3 years administering Bluecoat webproxy or other web content filtering software

·         2-3 years implementing/reviewing firewall policy (checkpoint, juniper, cisco, etc)

·         2 years administering RSA RKM/DPM product or other PKI technology

·         2 years administering RSA Secure ID servers

·         2 years administering Xceedium jumpservers

·         2 year administering IDS/IPS, DLP and SIEM solutions

·         Knowledge of security technologies, security processes, best practices and change management

·         Proven ability to support an enterprise environment

·         Previous system administrator role (working in UNIX and Windows environment)

·         Proficient with TCP/IP and knowledge of Active Directory

·         Write documentation for standard operating procedures, root cause analysis and disaster recovery. Validate disaster recovery initiatives though testing.

·         Schedule and coordinate change activities, including patches.

·         Record, tracks and document incident management to final resolutions.  Resolve incidents efficiently.  Anticipate and prevent problems and roadblocks before they occur.  Recommend action plans to manager.

Mentor and coach less experienced team members
