Details of Position:
The QA Lead will coordinate testing activities including System, Integration,Regression, Stress/Volume and Requirements Testing for both GHOS and the Regulatory and Compliance System (RCS) application. Knowledge and experiencetesting in the healthcare industry, including validation testing (IQ, OQ, PQ) is a must.Must have excellent knowledge of testing processes and methods, applicationdevelopment and systems development lifecycle methodology. Candidate must alsohave excellent analytical capabilities as well as interpersonal and oral/writtencommunication skills. Must have experience leading a test team, creating teststrategies and test plans as well as creating and executing test scripts. Must befamiliar with databases and be able to perform SQL queries with moderately complexjoins. Must be familiar with test tracking tools such as HP Quality Center and Serena Business

Manager Defect Tracker. Experience with testing automation and SAP is a plus.
Management Skills:
Lead test analysts and test engineers, coordinate and manage test planning andexecution, ensure tests are repeatable, verifiable and understandable by technical and business functions, coordinate defects between the design and testing groups, establish testing processes and metrics, ensure process compliance and analyzemetrics for continuous improvement, develop test case automation criteria andrecommendations, provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to less experiencedindividuals, coordinate equipment usage and purchasing for the team within the associated work schedule and budget, coordinate training of team members.
