Job description- 1. Adobe Flex (2+ yrs) - Candidate should have experience working on the frameworks personally within Flex. They should have worked with web based applications and built them on their own. 2. Java (5+ yrs) - Candidate should have experience with Web Services, and a strong understanding of Java/J2EE in regard to web based products. 3. Communication and understanding - Candidate needs to be able to communicate and understand requirements.
· 2 years experience with complex Action Script.
· 2 years experience with Adobe Flex
· 2 years XML experience.
· Experience with enterprise or mission critical applications.
· Working knowledge of MVC.
· Very good communication and team skills
