Required skills:
Web Services QA background at WFB, Cobol, Cingular & if he ever tested an architecture having an Enterprise Service Bus.
Functional test expertise; preferably having Black box & Gray box analytical skills
Experience working on Mainframe & Web based systems
Experience using Mainframe tools (ex. EasyTrieve, UltraQuest, ISPF, TSO, etc.)
Significant QA experience, including test case writing, test case execution & status reports
Thorough knowledge of HPQC modules with expertise in Test Plan, Test Lab, Defects & Reports modules; able to create customized metrics reports
Solid test execution & process methodology experience
Personality that is willing to speak up re: quality issues
