-          Has profound experience on Large/Corporate solution deployments in SharePoint,.NET Platform.

-          Experience on providing solution roadmaps in consideration with technology trends and organization needs.

-          Solution implementation experience on multi-platform integration environments

-          Possess profound expertise on Web Services architecture.

-          Preferred to be up to date with Latest SharePoint technology developments

-          Understanding of TIBCO middleware and SAP will be a huge Plus.

-          Excellent Presentation and Negotiation skills

-          Ability to manage technical team on providing technical solution directions and resolutions

-          Good understanding on Program/Project management
