Webshphere Message Broker /WTX

We are looking for an IBM Websphere Message Broker programmer to develop Enterprise Integration processes in a multi-technology platform environment.  In depth knowledge and experience with Message Broker is required.  Experience with Message Broker versions 6.1 or 7.0 is preferred.  Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Integration patterns, Message-Oriented and Service-Oriented Architectures, and developing new processes using Message Broker with these techniques is preferred.  Experience with IBM Websphere Transformation Extender (WTX / DataStage TX / Mercator) to develop X12 HIPAA processes in an integrated, multi-platform environment is also required.  Optimally, the candidate will have experience with the WTX plug-in into the Message Broker tool.  Detailed knowledge of X12 HIPAA transactions, including technical aspects as well as business usage, is highly desirable.  Ability to read COBOL record definitions is a plus.  Understanding of relational database systems and programming is highly desirable.  Prior experience with integrated, multi-platform systems is also desirable.  Experience in the Healthcare industry is also preferred.

 

Integration Tools:  IBM Websphere Message Broker 6.1 or 7.0 – Required

IBM Websphere Transformation Extender 8.2 or 8.3 (WTX) – Preferred

Message Oriented Middleware: Websphere MQ Series 7.0, JMS, MSMQ, SFTP

Database: Relational database design - SQL, PL/SQL, reading from and writing to enterprise tables - Oracle 10/11 preferred. 

Operating Systems: UNIX, Linux, zLinux.  Knowledge of operating system, UNIX commands, and shell scripting is desirable.
