1. -          At least 6 years of .NET developer experience with various team sizes
2. -          Strong Dot Net Background
3. -          Good communication skills
4. -          Experience in ASP.NET, C#, NHibernate (or similar ORM),
5. -          Dependency Injection Frameworks (such as Structure Maps, Spring.NET),
6. -          Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP Frameworks such as PostSharp),
7. -          Testing Frameworks (such as NUnit).
