Description:

Project Manager with excellent organizational skills capable of requirements gathering, project planning, documenting and working well with technical staff, developers and end-users. Experience in data warehouse and system development preferred. Project will involve both student and business applications.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with user community, Executive Director, Project Manager, analysts and developers in gathering and documenting requirements from end-users.,
  • Manage development staff and/or deliverables.
  • Develop necessary documentation such as scope documents, requirement documents, and project plans.
  • Provide oversight and milestone reporting on projects and ensure timelines are met.
  • Provide recommendations on problem resolution.
  • Ensure design to build meets user requirements.
  • Develop quality control and test plan scenarios, as needed.
  • Oversee project implementation and address any issues that could put project at risk.  

 

Skills Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology.
  • A minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience managing major IT projects.
  • SharePoint experience a plus.
  • Understanding of K-12 Instructional Professional Development procedures is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of Organizational Change Management experience.
