Summary: Work under the direction of a program manager on a large IT project supporting the Merchandising department. Develop and execute program level test plans in order to confirm that each system impacted by program initiatives works together as defined. Translate business requirements into relevant Test Cases and Test Plans. .
Education/Experience
o Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree a plus.
o 5-7 years IT test lead experience required; 8-10 years preferred o The ability to automate testing by generating automated test scripts a plus.

o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required) o Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time (Required) o Knowledge of techniques and principles involved in software testing
(Required)
o Knowledge of techniques and principles involved in requirements definition (Optional) o Knowledge of tools such as Word, Excel, Visio, MSProject (Required)
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Develop and execute program level test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures o Review and approve project level test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures o Review and approve testing program that addresses areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability.
o Review documentation of software defects and recommend priority o Coordinate and review project test schedules or strategies in accordance with program scope or delivery dates o Participate in product design reviews to provide testability input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems o Oversee QA test processes of individual teams involved in the program level project - recommend improvements to improve overall program performance

Must Have Skills:
.Net/Sql Server Must have 5+ years of experience working on ASP.NET Web applications, Microsoft Technologies and SQL Server Must have strong SQL Skills Must be capable of understanding and making changes to complex database objects like Stored Procedures, Triggers etc. Must be good at ASP.NET, C#, JQuery Exposure to financial domain involving complex calculations is a plus Strong communication skills Must be good at desinging solutions for a given Functional Specifications.
